“Every product we design is carefully customized according to requirement you specify”. Since each order is made to your specifications, our refund and return policy is different from regular stores.
Customized Products – No Change or Cancellation
- All our products are custom-made based on the design, text, or logo you provide.
- Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product you received is different from what you ordered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Color or shade differences between the product preview and the actual item (minor variations may occur due to printing and screen display differences).
- Errors in spelling, design, or details that were submitted by the customer during the order.
- Low-quality images provided by the customer that affect print clarity.
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the defect/damage.
